Summary
Couples position - Stew/Cook & Captain/Engineer – Swan 75 (Full-Time)
We are looking for a Stew/Cook for a 23m sailing yacht.
Duties will be light Mediterranean cooking, interior upkeep, and assisting on deck when needed.
The vessel is currently in Spain with the summer itinerary being South of France, Italy, and Greece, before crossing to the Caribbean for the winter season. Private usage only. Will be an exciting itinerary and great for a couple who are looking to travel and be part of a long term position.
Requirements:
· Have a strong eye for detail with interior upkeep
· Be confident and able to prepare and serve small plates, canapes and platters for guests - Mediterranean cuisine is preferred
· Have some previous skills on deck as will be assisting when it comes to docking.
· You will be joining a friendly family with lovely owners who really care for the crew
· Must have had previous yacht experience, ideally 3+ years
· STCW, ENG1, EU or Schengen passports required, B1B2 preferred
