The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Deckhand to join a prestigious 80M+ private and charter yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a high-performing, professional deck team on a vessel known for its exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of exterior maintenance, tender driving, washdowns, and guest activities, so we’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and a solid work ethic. Ideally, you’ll bring prior yachting experience, but candidates with strong transferable skills from outdoor or hands-on roles will also be considered.
You should be confident, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and positive approach is key to fitting in well with the team.
