Vessel: 90m Private Yacht, based near the South of France
Contract: Full-time, starting with a 3-month summer probation

Guests & Crew: Up to 30 crew members, guest cooking required during trips to assist the Guest Chef.
Requirement: Male Candidate preferred due to Cabin Arrangements, Ships Cook certification, ENG1 and STCW certificates.
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced male Sous Chef to join a 90-meter private yacht based near the South of France. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a quiet, well-run program with very limited cruising and mostly weekends off throughout the year (expect during the few guest trips).
The yacht operates with a galley team of three chefs (4 during guests trips), preparing healthy, colorful, and modern cuisine for a crew of up to 30.
The Sous Chef will oversee galley operations throughout the year, elevate the standard of crew meals, and introduce innovative, nutritious dishes.
The Guest Chef is flown in for owner trips, and the Sous Chef is expected to support them during these periods.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of yacht experience and strong crew food creativity.
This role is ideal for chefs based near the South of France who enjoy a slower-paced program with excellent work-life balance. The boat is older but impeccably maintained, offering a stable and professional working environment.
Interviews will be held over the next two weeks, the role includes 60 days of paid vacation annually.
