Requirements:
- Minimum Master 3000GT CoC
- Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized vessels (45m–60m range)
- Strong charter background with excellent guest and client relations
- High level of operational, crew, and budget management skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to foster a professional, positive onboard culture
- Solid knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds and charter operations
- Strong safety and ISM/ISPS background
- Hands-on and approachable leadership style
Start Date: begging of June 2025
Contract Type: Permanent on a rotational basis 8:8 weeks
