A well-established 51m private and charter yacht with a strong reputation in the charter industry is looking for a Temporary Chief Mate to join for approximately one month, supporting the vessel during a crossing from Jeddah to the Mediterranean.

Requirements:
- Minimum Chief Mate 3000GT CoC
- Solid experience with bridge operations, watchkeeping, and passage planning
- Confident in overseeing deck team and supporting the Captain during the crossing
- Strong navigational and safety knowledge
- Previous experience on yachts 45m+
- Calm, professional, and a team player
