Lead Deckhand
Salary : EUR 2800 to EUR 3500 Per Month
All main deck duties maintaining the exterior of the deck, as well as training of new deck crew and leadership of Junior Deckhands.
Qualifications, training and skills required
- Prior experience as a Deckhand
- Yacht master Offshore, possibly starting to work through OOW modules
- Basic seamanship
- Knowledge of products such as paints, varnish, antifoul, cleaning products
- Ability and skills to teach a variety of water sports
- Confident tender driver
- Continued learning of deck operations
- Professional Appearance
- Good Attitude
