Lead Deckhand in Antigua & Barbuda

Summary

We are looking for a Lead Deckhand for a 45m+ Private M/Y.

-Rotational position (3:1) to start the middle of April.

-Itinerary: Dual season vessel (Caribbean and Mediterranean).

​​​​​​​-Candidates should have YM Offshore in hand and a minimum of 2 years experience. 

-This position will suit a great team player that has proven longevity.

-Experience driving large tenders is essential. Fishing, water sport and/or videographer is a bonus.

-Candidates should be fluent in English. Any other spoken language is a plus.

-Mixed nationality crew onboard.

-Non-smoking vessel.

-B1/B2 and Schengen Visa is essential.

Salary DOE with a great package on offer.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
