This module is carefully designed for the crew on board. Our mixology course offers a syllabus developed to give you the theoretical and practical bases to learn the latest cocktail trends in the most advanced techniques of international cocktails, becoming a leading bartender. It was designed to allow the designated crew to take their abilities to the next level in terms of cocktail making as well as knowledge of the best equipment and ingredients.

Pre-entry modules: 

1p- Introduction Wine Bartending & Mixology module 

Module 1:

        1 1.1 Luxury Mise & Place Bar & Beverage Service

        1.2. Glassware, Cocktail & Service Utensils

        1.3 Study of the products and families of Alcoholic Beverages, Spirits

Module 2:

        2 .1 Cocktail categories

        2.2 Preparation Techniques

        2.3 Cocktail Creation

Module 3:

        3.1. How to prepare cocktail recipes

        3.2. International Cocktails-Classics recipes

        3.3 Mixology Cocktail Recipes

Useful Information

Methodology:

• Access course content 24/7 online
• Attend on-class sessions at International Luxury Training.
• Learn through practical experience with expert demonstrations.

Certificate:

• Receive a diploma certificate from the IAMI Guest Program. (Deploma fee 28€)
• Courses certified by IAMI and G.U.E.S.T. Program.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Minimum age 18.
• Basic bar service knowledge.
• At least 1 season of experience as a Stewardess
• Food Safty & Hygiene Level II Certificate

Assessment Process:

• Demonstrate skills practically.
• Complete final exam and assignments for assessment.

• All courses are subject to 21% of Spanish VAT not included in the price

Payment Method

• A 40% payment will be made in advance for booking reservations
• The remaining amount must be transferred 4 days before the module starts. Instructions will be provided.
