Offers invaluable tips, guidelines, and practical training on how to apply and manage efficient laundry services onboard. It includes a thorough overview and practical sessions on professional ironing of garments and linens while also looking at useful procedures and simple steps that can save time while still ensuring the highest standards in equipment, garment, and linen care.

The aim of the course is to provide a basic introduction to Understand the Standard Operating Procedures for the onboard Laundry Department.

A laundry course, recognized within the Yacht industry, it encompasses all aspects of the fundamentals with an emphasis on the practical as well as with a good knowledge of how to manage Professional and Efficient Laundry Services on board.

MODULE A

• Laundry guideline book
• Crew and Guest Laundry procedures
•  How to manage fabrics, care labels, and stain-treating
•  How to read and apply labels and washing machine dryer’s instruction

MODULE B

• Professional ironing and laundry techniques
• Care of laundry equipment, machine usage, and maintenance plans
• Treatment and care of various fabrics and fabric stain removal
• Laundry products: their properties and uses
