RYA Level 1 (Start Sailing)

Get started – a fun 2 days introduction to the world of sailing. Some of the best yachtsman started off in dinghies. This course covers all you need to know to get afloat under supervision, in light wind conditions. Most of the time will be spent on the water but aspects of theory are included to give you an all-round understanding.

If conditions are right we will introduce sailing single handers on day 2. From this course you can build experience using our Supported Sailing sessions before progressing to the intermediate Level 2 course.
