RYA Powerboat Level 1 - a 1 day course for any member from age 8 upwards concentrating on basic boat handling and safety. SVYC encourage under 16’s to take these courses to ensure the waters around the Club are a safer place to be for all water users. The Course normally uses the Club's RIBs, but if you wish to use your own boat then please contact the Training Team. The ratio is three students to one Instructor per boat. Included in the Course Fee is the RYA Powerboat Logbook G20.
