RYA Sailing Instructor (dinghy)

The course has three parts to it comprising of a pre-entry assessment completed with 12 months of the Dinghy Instructor course, four days of training and one day of moderation.

As a dinghy instructor, candidates must be capable of sailing a training boat in strong winds and handling small powerboats. Candidates must be assessed as competent to teach adults and children, beginners and improvers.
