We are seeking an experienced Captain and Chef/Stew team to manage a busy charter sailing catamaran with back-to-back charters booked through February. This is a high-energy position that requires excellent hospitality skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and strong teamwork.
Key Details:
- Captain Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (vessel is U.S. flagged).
- Proven experience as a Captain on similar vessels.
- Strong knowledge of the Bahamas and local waters.
- Exceptional leadership and maintenance skills.
- Chef/Stew Requirements:
- Ability to provide top-tier culinary experiences with diverse menu offerings.
- Proficient in accommodating various dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options.
- Strong organizational skills to manage provisioning and galley operations efficiently.
- Experience in interior service, including housekeeping and table settings.
