Summary
Chief Stewardess (2:2) required for a fabulous private Motor Yacht - dual season global traveller, with an amazing crew and nice owners. The position is 2:2. Economy flights included to place of repatriation for each leave period. Medical insurance included. Exquisite yacht interior and fantastic team. Someone with a kind nature who is confident and well able to manage a large interior team, and lead by example. This is a busy programme, so won't suit someone who won't thrive in such an environment. Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on an 80m+ yacht (with longevity in the role) is imperative. Must have excellent knowledge and ability in all aspects of service, and be able to train her crew and showcase her skills with grace and finesse. Will naturally have the support of HoDs and lead roles within the interior departments, but as the overall Interior manager, the knowledge must be whole. +5 years of experience within yachting is imperative. Excellent references are a pre-requisite (and will be well vetted). Needs to be very strong in administration, and will be responsible for ordering / purchasing / provisioning and management of interior accounts and budgets. A valid driver's license is required. Must be available for a mid to late January start date to have a thorough handover with outgoing Chief Stewardess.
