TYS Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Stew for a private/charter 74m M/Y currently in Italy. Start date: mid-December, TBC Joining location: Antigua, TBC Salary: €7000 Visa: Schengen and B1/B2 mandatory Leave days: 2:2 rotation Full medical insurance Training allowance, to be discussed in the interview Females, due to cabin arrangements The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of solid yachting experience on vessels of similar size or at least two years of experience as a chief stew on motor yachts of 60m+, with charter experience being mandatory. You will join a team of 6 in the interior and rotate with an experienced Chief Stew who values working with her close-knit team. The family on board is personable and prefers formal service styles. Therefore, you should be confident in leading synchronized and plated service. Strong administrative skills and a very hands-on approach as a Chief Stew would be an ideal fit for this team. You will be part of a diverse crew that spends time together ashore and enjoys engaging in outdoor activities when time allows. The vessel\'s upcoming plans include a winter season in the Caribbean with some booked charters, followed by the Mediterranean in 2025.
