TYS Recruitment is urgently seeking a Lead Stewardess for a 68-meter support vessel with a 3:1 rotation.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience on vessels 50m+. The vessel has brilliant rotating Chief Stewardesses, and you will assist them in leading the interior team and overseeing the day-to-day running. You must be highly organised, have a meticulous eye for detail, and can confidently oversee purchase order lists and provisioning. You will also be taking the lead in training the juniors onboard.
The vessel has recently joined a large fleet owned by a lovely American family. While the guests will primarily be onboard the main vessel, as the crew onboard the support vessel, you must be prepared for the owners to visit at any time during guest trips. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to lead a team and grow as an experienced stew.
The upcoming itinerary includes the Caribbean, followed by a Mediterranean summer. There is a great tight-knit crew onboard and Captains who always go the extra mile to look after crew welfare and get involved in activities. The crew all have access to a brilliant training allowance and excellent health insurance.
