Summary
A suitably qualified Chief Officer is required for a 45m+ motor vessel currently located in the Middle East. This is a contract role for the next 2 months over the coming summer period. The ideal candidate is to hold an OOW Unlimited certification and must be ready to travel on short notice. The role will be primarily ensuring the vessel is kept in top condition and ready for owner trips when needed. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to secure a long-term role depending upon suitability with the vessel.
The start date for this role is immediate. You must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
Job Specification
- Valid STCW '10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Minimum 3+ Years experience in the yacht industry
- Minimum OOW Unlimited
- Must show good all-round deck ability
- Helpful and willing to work as a team player and self-motivated
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
- No visible tattoos
