Location: Fort Lauderdale
Itinerary: BVI/St Barths for winter, local to S. Florida.
Start date: Mid-November- February 2025 - opportunity to stay long term.
Requirements: Culinary trained and/or Strong restaurant experience.
Enjoys cooking for owner, guests and crew. Well plated and varied menu.
Chef will be cooking for family and their guests, healthy meals (mindful of oils, condiments, salt) as well as healthy meals for 6 crew.
Passport (valid for minimum 1 year)
Current Marine Medical (ENG1) - (valid minimum 1 year)

Job details: We are looking for a chef who is eager to grow in the industry and improve their skills daily. Excellent crew, owners, and amazing itinerary. The vessel runs with 6 crew.
Private, family, very busy, lots of additional guests for day trips. Guests on 1 week for Thanksgiving, 2 weeks for Xmas/NY and 2 long weekends in Jan and Feb.
One family member is on a meal plan that will need to be served with the rest of the guests/family’s meals. Very healthy family and crew must be prepared to limit oil, condiments, pre-made sauces and salt.
Someone who can cook well balanced meals, healthy meals for guests and crew, desserts from scratch
Salary and package: 42 days off a year, medical insurance, bonus-TBD during interview process.
