Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chief steward/ess to join a well-established 70m+ Private/Charter MY with at least 3 years + serving as such on a 50m+ MY. The ideal candidate needs to be composure and to be organised, be able to deliver even when it’s all going wrong, efficient, good with juggling a lot of things at the same time, a great communicator and listener with excellent problem-solving skills, a straight talker that delivers solutions and makes good decisions, detail oriented and loves to provide the highest level of service and exceed guest expectations. Our ideal candidate is confident in all aspects of the interior with strong knowledge of HoH and Service, hands-on, great at leading and motivating her team in a professional but positive and encouraging manner. This is a guest facing position. We are looking for a positive, personable, resilient, calm and resourceful candidate with an upbeat, outgoing and bubbly personality, someone that can have some banter. This is a professional, down-to-earth and level-headed crew, so no egos or drama queens. Family and interior orientated boat when the owners are on, emphasis on high end service and interior setup. Our candidate must be creative and enjoy elaborate and extravagant table decors and table settings and come up with fun theme nights. Strong service skills are essential on the yacht.
Charter experience is a big bonus. This is a Dual season Private/Charter MY. Interior team of 6, consisting of Chief Stew, 2nd Stew, Service stew, HK Stew, Stew/Masseuse and Laundry Master This role would best suit a candidate that would like to work on a professionally run MY with a great captain and team onboard on a Dual season Private/Charter.
