Summary
Looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a new build 40m yacht. Candidate will be joining in December. Runs with 7 crew total. Not a party boat. Owners do not live aboard, normally 4-6 guests almost never full house.
Owners are very nice and they currently own a smaller vessel, some of the crew transitioned to the new build. They like Italian food, seafood, meats, american style cusine, sushi, asian, etc.
Itinerary:
March in Bahamas
April - May Caribbean
June - September - New England
October - Florida shipyard for a month
November Florida - Bahamas until summer 2026 when it will be going to the Med to charter.
* First year will be fully private and second year charter.
