Male or female Chef, culinary trained, with an emphasis on healthy cooking!
The crew are active and like to eat a healthy balanced mostly mediterranean diet. Crew of 6 including the chef.
The galley is visible to guests so it is important that the galley is kept clean and tidy at all times with everything packed away.
This is a fast paced program that requires a lot of flexibility and a good attitude, for the right person there this would be a great opportunity for growth as we are in the process of building a larger vessel. Really good package to be discussed during the interview process.
Itinerary: Summers in the Hamptons, Winters in Miami and The Caribbean. Occasional parties for up to 20 guests (family or buffet style), family program with lots of children on board.
