Connect the Right People with the Right Yachts. Think of yourself as Cupid, but with anchors and CVs. You’ll be the expert in making sure candidates and boat programs are a match made in maritime heaven – for BOTH sides.
Interviewing Superhero. From deckhands to captains, you’ll get to know their experience, goals, and quirks. It’s your job to dig deep, ask the right questions, check references, and find out who’s ready to take the helm.
Energetic Prospect Hunter. You’ll bring your bubbly, go-getter energy to scout for new talent and build lasting relationships. Whether it's a referral, a new sign-up, or someone you met at the marina or at networking events – you're the one bringing fresh faces into our world.
Fast-Paced Matcher. Interviews don’t wait, and neither do yachts! You'll need to be quick on your feet, adapting to the fast-moving yacht industry while keeping an eye on quality matches.
The Role:
Full-Time Office Presence. You’ll be the heartbeat of the office, interviewing candidates, learning our system, and collaborating with the team to make matches faster than you can say “knot tying.”
Master the System. Don’t worry if you’re not a tech wizard just yet – we’ll train you to use our custom system like a pro!
Assertive Approach. You’re not afraid to call the shots, ask for what’s needed, and steer both candidates and clients toward the best outcomes.
