Summary
We are seeking a culinary trained Sous Chef Chef to join a prestigious 70m private/charter, dual season M/Y.
Experienced in delivering good healthy crew food and supporting the head Chef in delivering fine dining and high-end healthy menus. You are organised and will be fully responsible for all crew provisioning and assisting Head Chef with owner provisioning.
You keep up an organised workplace with high cleanliness standards in the galley and stores and have a thorough understanding of supplier networks. You are resourceful when the yacht is in remote regions. This vessel requires a team player and is eager to learn and support. You have high energy levels, and can do attitude.
