Requirements: US Citizen or green card holders. Previous experience on similar size vessels and STRONG Charter experience.
- STCW + Refresher
- ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
- US Passport or Green Card
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Runs with 2 crew.
Job Specifics: Captain - must be able to lead and manage crew with skill in navigation. You will have land support with all aspects, including maintenance from the management company. Chef/Mate - assist Captain, deck maintenance, good cooking skills for charter guests
Cruising with charter guests using water sports toy, cooking and giving them an ultimate charter experience.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. The contract will be negotiated with the management company.
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
