Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Stewardess with extra skills for a 70m+ New Build Charter Yacht
Requirements:
Must have at least 1 of the following extra skills:
- Masseur(euse) skills (will work primarily as a stewardess, with occasional support to the spa manager)
- Hairdressing skills
- Italian speaker
And Ideally B1/B2, Schengen if required
Experience: Preferably some experience in a similar position on large yachts; however, candidates with strong transferable skills and references will be considered
Burgess is looking for proactive, organized, and detail-oriented stewardess. The yacht is currently under construction in Turkey and set for delivery early in the new year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a new team from the start, helping to set up the yacht to a high standard, and maintaining an impeccable presentation.
The stewardess will support photoshoots and other high-profile events onboard, so a sharp eye for detail is essential.
The ideal candidates will have a positive, energetic, and kind attitude, enjoy being part of a team, and be willing to commit long-term to building an exceptional onboard culture. This role requires flexibility and readiness to hit the ground running as we take delivery, set up, and prepare for the first owner's trip within tight timelines.
Start Date: Early January
Location: Turkey
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Leave: 73 days per year
