Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an Experienced Deckhand for a 75m+ New Build Requirements Yacht Master / RYA large Yacht Tender Course – Commercially Endorsed STCW certs & ENG1 In Date B1B2 preferred Advanced Fire Fighting PWC Instructors / Water Sports Instructors Yacht Rating Certificate Maintenance Skills / Additional Skills Diving – Padi Advanced Open Water is a plus Minimum 2 years experience on 50m+ yachts Duties Assist in deck operations including mooring, anchoring, and tender operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the exterior areas of the vessel. Assist with the maintenance of deck equipment and machinery. Participate in water sports activities and provide assistance to guests as needed. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills. Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Utilize additional skills such as diving, sports, or gym activities to enhance guest experiences.
