Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Mate for a 45m+ Motorsailer yacht.
Requirements
- 3-4 seasons of relevant experience on similar-sized yachts
- OOW (Officer of the Watch) certification preferred, with at least 8 months remaining before ticket revalidation
- Proven experience in hands-on deck maintenance
- A proactive and motivated approach to teamwork and vessel management
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable crew member, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards and contributing to the overall success of the yacht’s operations.
