We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager junior stew to join the team on a fast-paced support vessel with a busy schedule. While prior experience on the water is a plus, it is not essential; what is most important is the ability to handle all sea conditions as the vessel travels extensively. We are looking for someone who thrives in active environments, enjoys learning new things, and has a great sense of humour. Demonstrating life experience and independence away from home would benefit this role.
As this is a support vessel, your primary responsibility will be to assist the main vessel, which hosts guest trips, though guests may occasionally come aboard. This program experiences relatively low guest usage, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking extensive training.
The vessel is in Turkey and will wrap up the season in the coming weeks. Following this, the vessel will cross over to the Caribbean. You will be joining a cohesive and supportive crew, including Captains who prioritise crew welfare and actively participate in onboard activities. Additionally, a generous training budget is available for professional development for each crew member after six months of service on board.
