Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess for an 85m+ private motor yacht, currently located in the United States and cruising the Caribbean for the winter season.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong leader with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as Chief Stewardess or Interior Manager on 75m+ yachts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the interior team, ensuring impeccable guest service, housekeeping, and overall interior maintenance.
As the primary point of contact for the owner and guests, the Chief Stewardess must be comfortable managing expectations with discretion, professionalism, and an upbeat, positive attitude.
There is also a new build 110m where the chief stewardess will transition too later in 2025.

Rotation: 8 weeks : 8 weeks
3 x return business class flights per year
