- Extensive cruising experience in the Mediterranean, with specific knowledge of Greek and Croatian waters.
- Proven track record in managing and motivating crew aboard private yachts.
- Expertise in maintaining yachts to the highest industry standards.
- Experience with yacht refits.
- Likely base of operations: Western Med
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will bring a history of successful crew management and a proactive approach to yacht maintenance.
Experience handling extensive refits and an understanding of Mediterranean cruising intricacies are essential.
