Summary
We are searching for a crew and delivery cook for when the head chef is not on board. This is for a beautiful newly launched 42mt SY modern performance, with a Caribbean and Pacific Itinerary.
The role will be predominantly cooking for the crew and during off trips, plus prepping and stocking up the yacht before hand for the owners arrival, this vessel runs a private program, no charters. Has to be able to provision for 2-3 week ocean crossings , no seasickness , willing to cook in a heeling galley.
We are happy to consider newbies to the industry, someone having worked previously in restaurants will be ideal. Willing to commit to 2yrs at least, well presented and an easy going demure.
Full years pay , works about 150 days therefore the wages will be in relation to the time on board , flights paid.
No excessive tattoos please!
