Job Specifics: Running a safe program, strong crew management and motivation, solid accounting/bookkeeping skills, comfortable working with a management company.
Other: Just a nice personality and solid captain experience. Excellent management skills.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. Very good. USD
