TYS Recruitment is seeking a 2:2 Rotational Head of Service for a world-travelling 100m+ private MY.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience working on vessels ranging from 70-90m, with at least one full year in a Head of Service role. As Head of Service, you will be responsible for training and leading the team in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creative skills through extravagant themed events, table settings, cocktail making, and wine service. This role requires a keen eye for detail in various service styles, including synchronised service, plated meals, and buffets.
You will be joining a fantastic team on a well-established vessel with frequent guest usage. The owners, an American family, are wonderful and enjoy spending time onboard with friends and family. The vessel is currently cruising in the Caribbean for the remainder of the winter season, and will then be heading to the UK and Europe for the summer season.
