Start Date: By 15 February 2025
Salary: Negotiable (to be discussed during the hiring process)
Leave: 2 months on / 2 months off rotation
Qualifications:
- Master 3000gt
- ECDIS Familiarisation Certification
Requirements:
- Proven experience in charter operations
- Strong financial acumen with 100% transparency in managing accounts
- Ability to foster a positive and professional working environment
- Exceptional leadership skills
Other:
- Business class provided for long-haul flights
- The yacht has an excellent working environment
