The candidate specification
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone mechanically minded, active, and adventurous to be part of a program that travels to some of the most remote and beautiful destinations, including French Polynesia.
This position is split between 50% Tender Mechanic and 50% Deckhand responsibilities. It’s ideal for someone mechanically skilled and excited to work on deck. You will maintain 8 jet skis and 3 tenders, handling various brands and ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly. You will also manage stock tracking, ordering, and support the deck team. No prior deck experience is necessary, as training will be provided. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in water sports activities, guest diving sessions (PADI certification is a bonus), and general deck duties.

The yacht is a busy cruising yacht with light chartering, 1–2 repeat clients, and frequent owner use. It’s a challenging yet rewarding role for those passionate about yachting and adventure.
