Summary
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Temporary Chief Stewardess for a 55m Charter Yacht.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: DOE
Duration: Until the end of March ideally or at least until Feb 18th
Qualifications:
- STCW Basic Training.
- ENG1 Medical Certificate.
Requirements:
- Previous charter experience as Chief Stewardess.
- Experience with varied international clientele.
- Proven ability to manage operations on yachts 40 meters and over.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Other:
- The yacht operates with a crew of 13 and has an interior team of four, including the Chief Stewardess.
- Itinerary includes Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, and later the USA; a B1/B2 visa will likely be required.
- Particular advantage for the Temporary Chief Stewardess position is given to candidates with experience serving Russian charter guests, formal dining skills, and strong service capabilities.
- Candidates must be personable, professional, guest-oriented, and demonstrate strong leadership and training capabilities.
