Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 3rd Steward(ess) for a 80m Sail Yacht
Requirements:
2+ years previous experience.
STCW, ENG1, PDSD, F&H L2/3.
Ideally AUS visa – vessel can assist.
Able to follow instructions.
Service skills.
Job description:
Laundry, housekeeping, light service.
Start date: 12 January or February for the right candidate
Location: Tasmania or New Zealand
Salary: EUR 3800
Leave: 60 days
Annual bonus, 2 flights per year
Training budget available after 1 year onboard, with masters and owners’ approval. Must be direct benefit to the yacht.
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private & Charter, cruising NZ until May, 7 month refit in Auckland May-Dec, 2026, Pacific, Asia cruising
