Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 65m yacht
Requirements:
· Previous experience in similar position
· Good organisational skills
· Able to lead and work well with a team of 6, under the pressure of a busy charter season
· Comfortable with guest interaction
· Trained in all aspects of service and willing and able to pass their experience onto the team
High level of service onboard. Many weeks of summer MED charter already booked, some with repeat clients.
Start date: March 2025
Location: Italy
Salary: To be discussed
Leave: Time for time rotation (10 weeks on/off depending on itinerary requirements)
Discretionary annual bonus, and training reimbursement scheme
Vessel Program and itinerary: Dual season, successful and busy charter programme, as well as fair amount of owner usage.
