Summary
Service Stewardess required for a beautiful 90m+ dual season charter yacht. Female candidates only due to cabin share scenario. Mediterranean embarkation point. B1/B2 is essential. 5:1 leave package - salary to be discussed at interview stages. Start date ASAPin order to have time to train up and settle in before guest usage. Itinerary to be decided, but cruising plan for the summer will be throughout the Mediterranean. Winter plans TBC. Six total in the service team. Candidate will have at least 1, preferably even 2 years of experience (with longevity) in a service role, ideally on a 70m+ yacht. Additional hospitality experience in high-end restaurants would be a huge bonus. Mixology, cigar and wine knowledge would be excellent. Candidate must be confident in a guest-facing role, and have great initiative in understanding what a guest needs, perhaps even before they know they need it! Creativity in table setting, or skills in the use of flowers, are all assets that would be hugely valuable. Looking for someone who is a true team-player, with fantastic positive energy. This is an amazing crew, from top to bottom. The right person will have an opportunity to learn under strong HODs, who manage with kindness. Someone who enjoys keeping active and fit, will likely fit in well with this crew.
