Are you passionate about boats and looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic marina environment? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Yard Operative to support our client’s Yard Manager with the day-to-day operations of our busy boatyard and racking facilities.
In this role, you’ll be actively involved in operating boat and telescopic handling equipment to safely lift and launch boats.
You’ll play a key part in maximising boatyard space through efficient allocation, as well as assisting general maintenance to keep the site in top condition. Your responsibilities will also include helping with the servicing of yard equipment and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard, whether working independently or as part of a team. We’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for the marine environment.

Work days will typically be from 0800 to 1630 with 30 mins for lunch plus weekend work on a rostered basis. On occasions and due to the demands of the job, you may be required to work outside of these times.
