Summary
A highly qualified, very well presented, organized, and experienced rotational Chief Stewardess is required for a private 100m+ motor yacht. The ideal candidate should show a track record at the highest level of the maritime superyachting industry and should have exemplary interior skills to lead a large, high-quality interior team. You should have the knowledge and experience to ensure the highest standards are maintained within the interior of the vessel, as well as the character and experience to deliver world-class service to the owners and guests. This role also requires you to be in contact with the owner so professionalism and a high duty of care will be required at all times. Candidates should display a positive attitude, have an imaculate eye for detail, be a hard worker, and be a great communicator. You should be willing to commit long-term to the program to diverse annual cruising plans.No visible tattoos or smokers are allowed.
The start date for this role is 1 April 2025. Unfortunately, this role is only open to female candidates. All nationalities to be considered.
Job Specification
- Valid STCW \\\'10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- STCW Crowd Management and Crisis Management
- Minimum 3-4 years in similar role and rank experience
- Excellent service experience and qualifications required
- Skills & certifications in food hygiene, wine & cocktails, flowers, and UHNW individuals will be well received
- Trip / Charter planning experience and skills will be well received
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required.
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
- Candidates will need to provide a video introduction if shortlisted
