TYS Recruitment is seeking a Deckhand/Kiteboarding instructor to join a busy 42m Private/Charter M/Y.

- Certificates: ENG1, STCW, PADI and YM Offshore (commercially endorsed)
We are looking for a positive and experienced Deckhand/Kiteboarding Instructor with at least two years of experience, preferably in a charter environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in kiteboarding and teaching others, as well as skilled in diving, holding a PADI certification. Strong tender-driving abilities are essential, along with a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore (YM) and the goal to progress toward an Officer of the Watch (OOW) certification. Additional skills such as videography, drone operation, GoPro usage, underwater photography, and fishing would be highly beneficial.
The yacht is a new build released in 2024, and is currently in Florida but travels extensively. You’ll join the vessel in Mexico for boss trips that are focused on fishing and diving, cruising between Mexico and Belize between October and May. The yacht then moves to the Bahamas for its charter season, which runs from June to October and has a strong history of successful charters.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, international crew of nine who enjoy staying active, working as a team, and creating a supportive onboard environment.
