TYS Recruitment is seeking a Sole Stew for a 35m private sailing yacht.

We are seeking a confident, hands-on Sole Stewardess with sailing yacht experience to join a 35-meter private sailing yacht. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing all interior operations independently and being part of a small crew. The Owners are passionate about eco-friendly practices in the Interior and are looking for a Sole Stewardess who will continue this practice.
This yacht follows an adventurous itinerary that includes "off-the-beaten-track" destinations, with a heavy focus on diving spots that the crew is often welcome to explore with the guests. Guest trips typically consist of 2-4 guests with family-style service, transitioning to plated service during larger guest trips, which usually happen twice a year. Future cruising plans include the Mediterranean and on to Central America/Pacific.
You'll join a stable program of 5 crew members led by a Captain who has been with the American owners for 13 years. The owners maintain a relaxed atmosphere and trust their crew completely. This position can be coupled with a Sole Engineer.
