Summary
A qualified, competent, rotational Second Engineer operating as third in rank (Chief and 1st Engineer onboard) is required onboard a 100m+ private, global cruising motoryacht. The right candidate is to have strong mechanical and electrical ability to maintain and operate all of the onboard systems, including tenders, deck machinery, and hotel & interior equipment. Reporting to the Chief Engineer and under supervision of the 1st Engineer, you will be required to follow planned maintenance schedules and reporting structures whilst ensuring you work to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Candidates with a commercial background and yachting experience will be welcomed but all applications will be duly considered.
The start date for this position is immediate so you need to join before the end of the first week of March 2025.

Job Specification
- Valid STCW '10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Certificate of Competency (COC)—Min 2nd Engineer Unlimited
- Yachting experience is required
- Commercial experience is welcomed.
- Strong mechanical & electrical ability
- Good health and good sobriety
- No visible tattoos
- Must speak fluent English
