Location: S, Florida

Start date: Soon

Itinerary: US - S. Florida mainly. Some trips to the Bahamas Mostly local cruising.

License:  any engineering license is a MUST

Requirements:

B1/B2 visa / Green card / US work permit / Permanent Resident

STCW + Refresher as needed

medical fit for duty/ ENG 1 (min. 6 months validity)

Someone strong in mechanical engineering and experience with Italian builds.

Good experience with warranty work.

Good references / good longevity in previous jobs

Volvo / Kohler experience a plus 

Job specifics: They need to be competent in the ER. Looking for someone that keeps the systems well maintained. Good with keeping records and notes. Candidate should be well qualified with experience in Italian boats a plus. 

Mature, self-starter.

The Engineer can live off while not traveling. May be required to stay on for watch schedules.

Bunk shared cabin, shared head with two.

Total 5 crew

Salary and package: TBD during interview process. Salary within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. 

Commercial Registered Yacht: No - under 500 GT
