Requirements: Experience on 40m+ private and charter

ENG1 or Fit for Duty (approved by IMO) - valid 6 months+

Strong communications, able to adapt quickly

Good work history - longevity with good feedback

Good crew retention

Able to be away from a home base for extended periods

VISA: B1/B2 visa

Job Specifics: Running a safe program, strong crew management and motivation, solid accounting/bookkeeping skills. Friendly personality, Solid communicator.

Other: A respectful personality and solid captain experience. Excellent management skills. 

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. Very good. 

Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process. All are included.
