- The ideal candidate will have proven experience previously as Head of Service and longevity on their previous vessels is essential
- Candidates must be well versed in all areas of service, be confident in speciality service like cigar, caviar, cocktail making and barista, and also hold their WSET level 2 and have excellent wine knowledge
- This position also requires good leadership skills and an ability to train the service stews beneath you
- This is on an amazing, one of a kind sailing yacht! It has a fantastic crew culture with excellent longevity amongst HODs
