2nd Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a 2^nd Engineer for a 60m M/Y Charter vessel. Single season based in the Med.

The vessel normally does 6 or 7 charters in the season so it’s busy but not back to back.

The ideal candidate will need to have minimum of 1 years experience in yachting and ideally a full season under their belt.

You will be working closely with the Chief Engineer so some understanding of yachting would be great as during the height of season you will be helping out on the deck.

Package:

·        Salary: DOE (+ Charter tips)

·        43 days leave (lots of weekends off and downtime in winter months)

·        Qualification required: III/1(MN) or III/3 (Y4)

·        Start date: ASAP

·        Schengen Visa in hand if non EU Passport

Essential Qualifications

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
• RIII/1 Engineer Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
