Itinerary: World Cruising

Requirements: Culinary trained. High level of culinary skills. 

STCW + Refresher

ENG1 - no restrictions - minimum 6 months 

Food safety and hygiene

Experience on 50m+ yachts 

Solid References  

Japanese/Asian cuisine including excellent sushi and ability to cook wagyu.

The ability to work with our agent to complete provisioning orders several times during the guest trip (Mostly organised already). 

World cuisine of the highest standard.

Ability to take direction from the Owner’s themselves and not be offended to cook with guidance from the Owner’s to accommodate their personal tastes.

A team player that can work seamlessly with the Chief Stewardess and be part of the solution not part of the problem.

Working in a galley team of two with a Sous Chef.

Crew food standards are very important to the Owner’s, and they ask the crew regularly if the standards are good.

Cook for up to 12 guests and take into consideration everyone’s personal preference sheets.

13-month cheque after a years’ service.

Starting salary EUR per month. Negotiable depending on experience.

The vessel is world cruising. We’re currently in Asia. After we will be heading to Alaska and Canada, west coast of the US. Winter 25/26 in either Galapagos or Patagonia before heading to Norway and northern Europe. The program will continue to be world cruising for the next 4-5 years.
