We are looking for a Sole Engineer for a 40m private BY, a new build expected to be in the water by May.
Strong SY background is a must, along with at least 3 years of previous yachting experience. The role requires hydraulic and electrical skills.
The ideal candidate is a true team player, willing to assist other departments when needed, and has a passion for sailing.
The Owners are easy-going and looking for someone who wants to stay with them on a long-term basis.
Maximum 10 Guests. Casual usage, 2 months a year.
Fluent English. Any nationality. No smokers/No big visible tattoos.
Total Crew: 6 (Captain, Sole Engineer, Mate, Chef, Stewardess, Deckhand)
Other: Both female and male candidates will be considered – shared cabin
Team: No
Salary range: €5000/5500 DOE - UK contract (30 leave days per year + national holidays)
